My website has a unique tool that allows you to search for listings and receive new listings via email when they come on to the market. This powerful search tool (VOW) - Virtual Office Website- is easy to use and gives you an advantage over most buyers looking for a property.

When a listing comes on the market, it takes 48 to 72 hours before it will appear on the realtylink.ca or mls.ca websites. This probably explains how if you have called on what you thought was a new listing, only to find it has sold. That truly great listing may sell before the sign in firmly planted in the ground. Using this search, you will be one of the first to know when that listing hits the market!

Here's how it works:

Click on the "Properties" tab and scroll down to "Virtual Office Website" to begin your search
Use the interactive map or locations listed to select where you want to search (you can select more than one area if needed)
Select the criteria to help define your search
Enter the required information to save your search
Log in at any time to check on your search through my Virtual Office Website (VOW)
You can set up your own personal searches any time or save those favorite listings that you really like
